Respondents Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order of injunction restraining the Respondents 1 to 4 from in any manner acting in furtherance of the notice of dissolution dated 29/07/2015 addressed by the 1st and 2nd Respondents to the other partners of the firm RGN Price & Co., or otherwise acting prejudicial to the interest of the said firm and its partners including by communicating the said notice of dissolution to the Regulatory Authorities like the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and to the clients of the said firm RGN Price & Co pending reference to and resolution of the dispute by arbitration.

This original application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submit that the respondents have withdrawn the

notice of dissolution dated 29.07.2015, by an e-mail message dated 03.10.2015. The learned counsel for the applicants has also made and endorsement to that effect.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents are not disputing the said fact.
