] This petition is filed to grant leave to file an appeal against the acquittal judgment passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvannamalai District, in S.C.No.106 of 2014, dated 12.07.2022, acquitting A3 and A4.

2.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the appellant/State.

3.On a reading of the entire judgment of the trial Court, this Court finds that the trial Court has not considered the material circumstances connecting the respondents/A3 and A4 to the crime.

4.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered and leave is granted.
