ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to make necessary correction in the revenue records based on the representation given by the petitioner on 23.12.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the survey land register maintained by the revenue contains a wrong survey number as 974/1B1 instead of 976/1B1 and it is not line with the title document.

3. Mr.Annai Ezhil, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the representation made by the petitioner has been taken on file and the respondent has fixed the date of enquiry on 25.08.2020 at 11.a.m. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the respondent to conduct an enquiry and pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
