ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 379 of IPC and Section 4(1)(1-A) of Mines & Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act 1957 in Crime No.69 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen from the submission that the allegation against the petitioner is that the petitioner had illegally removed the rock by using crusher from the Government Poramboke land in R.S.No.213. 3. Considering the nature of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
