By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner would state that he is a retired Government Servant and he is in possession and enjoyment of Middle Income Group (MIG) house bearing Door No.M.I. 69, situated at 9th Street, Maraimalai Nagar, Kadampadi, Nagapattinam, which was allotted under Tenant-cum-Allottee Scheme, and has also paid an advance of Rs.1,000/- and also approached the first respondent to allot the above said house in his favour, and the first respondent gave a promise that necessary sale deed will be executed in his favour, after completing the formalities. that in the meanwhile, there was a Tsunami at Nagapattinam, and the petitioner's house also got damaged and he has repaired the house by spending money out of his own pocket, and the first respondent also enhanced the rent and the petitioner is also paying the same. 3.The grievance now expressed by the petitioner, is that in spite of repeated request to convey the said property by executing the sale deed, no response is forthcoming and in this regard, he has also submitted a detailed representation dated 7.7.2015, and since no orders are passed, came forward to file this writ petition. 4.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.V.Anandamoorthy, learned Standing Counsel, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. 5.

This Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 7.7.2015, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
