ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who were arrested on 04.01.2021 and remanded to judicial custody on 05.01.2021 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 8(c), read with 20(b)(ii)(C) and 29(1) of NDPS Act,1985, in Crime No.1 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2.This is the second bail application before this Court. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused persons were found in illegal possession of 32 kg Ganja. Hence the complaint.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioners.
4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners along with other accused persons were found in illegal possession of 32 kg Ganja. He further submits that the investigation is still pending. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the earlier petition was dismissed by this Court and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
