ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2022 by giving an opportunity of being heard as expeditiously and dispose it.
2. Since the petitioner was under detention, she made a representation on 25.04.2022 to the first respondent and the same was not considered till 05.05.2022. Therefore, this Court directed the first respondent to consider and pass orders yesterday i.e. on 05.05.2022 itself and directed him to appear before this Court and file a report.
3. The first respondent neither appeared nor filed any report and he has not considered the representation which is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
affecting the fundamental right of the petitioner. Even though the petitioner is only asking to consider and dispose of her representation, due to his lethargic attitude, he has not considered the representation of the petitioner. Despite the directions given by this Court to consider the petitioner's representation, the first respondent has not given any response, which clearly shows the lethargic and adamant attitude of the first respondent. The first respondent's attitude is highly condemnable.
4. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner and give an opportunity of personal hearing and dispose of her representation as early as possible, atleast on or before 13.05.2022 and also address to Chief Secretary about the first respondent's lethargic attitude on the direction of the Court.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
