These petitions are filed (i) to declare the respondents 2 and 3 herein as majors and permit them to prosecute the above second appeal in S.A.No.460 of 2018 and (ii) to discharge the guardian father of the respondents 2 and 3 herein in the above second appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection in allowing these petitions.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered.
