Nos.14205 and 14213 of 2023 in S.A.No.1444 of 2013 N.SENTHILKUMAR, J These Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are filed to bring the proposed petitioners who are the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent on record as respondents 2 and 3 in the above appeal and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the sole respondent respectively.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, both the Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed and the proposed petitioners are brought on record as respondents 2 and 3 in the appeal.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the appeal and list the matter after three weeks.
