This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 6.30pm until further orders in Crl.OP.No.1565 of 2025 order dated 23.01.2025 in Crime No.84 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025. 2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 06.30pm until further orders in Crl.OP.No.1565 of 2025 order dated 23.01.2025 in Crime No.84 of 2024 dated 23.01.2025., is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report once in a week, viz., Saturday at 10:30a.m, until further orders. 4.
