2.The petitioner claiming to be the Secretary of the Temple Festival Committee of Arulmighu Molani Maha-Muniappan Temple sitauted at Kattur Malankadu, Alachampalayam Post, Edappadi Taluk, Salem District, submitted an application dated 10.7.2015, to the second respondent praying for permission to conduct the cultural programme, which includes song and dance programme, to be held on 23.7.2015, and since he has not been favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, would submit that in the event of permission being granted, there will be no law and order problem, and no obscenity or vulgarity will be in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

place during such programme, and hence, prays for appropriate orders. 4.This Court, without going into the merits of the application, directs the second respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 10.7.2015, in accordance with law, on or before 21.7.2015, and inform the decision taken, to the petitioner.
