In view of the limited prayer made in the Writ Petition, by consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 2.

The petitioner worked as a Part-time Maniam at Kannadikuppam Village, Vaniyampadi Taluk from 23.07.1970 to 30.06.1973 before the post was abolished by the Government in 1980. Thereafter, he was appointed as a Village Administrative Officer on 29.10.2005. He retired from service on 30.06.2007. He claims minimum pension as per https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

G.O.Ms.No.158, Revenue Department, dated 08.04.2015. He made a representation dated 27.06.2015 in this regard. 3.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2015 in the light of the G.O.Ms.No.158, Revenue Department, dated 08.04.2015, for minimum pension, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

With the above observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
