PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing 1st and 2nd respondents to take appropriate disciplinary action and conduct enquiry against the fifth respondent based on the representation given by us on various dates an subsequently direct them to pass appropriate order within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
The petitioner has made a complaint as against the fifth respondent.
2. If the allegation of the petitioner against the fifth respondent is that the fifth respondent is involved in corruption, it will be open to the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 by way of an appropriate complaint.
3. The present representation is to initiate disciplinary action. Even though aggrieved persons can make representations with regard to any 2/4
misconduct, to take disciplinary action is within the domain of the employer.
4. In any event, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that they are looking into the representation and appropriate action would be taken.
5. In view thereof, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
