The petitioner is before this Court with the prayer to direct the respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 11.05.2020.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on receipt of the complaint dated 11.05.2020, the petitioner was issued with CSR No.1062 of 2020 and the same was enquired on 15.06.2020. After conducting enquiry, it was closed on 15.06.2020. Therefore the petition is devoid of merits.
