The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner, for the purpose of reviewing the order of suspension. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Undoubtedly, the allegations against the writ petitioner is in relation to the demand and acceptance of bribe. Thus, the allegations are certainly serious warranting a detailed enquiry.

2. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner states that the petitioner was placed under suspension on 11.05.2017 and till today, the authorities competent has not reviewed order of suspension.

3. Under these circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 13.11.2017 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
