(Crime No.337 of 2020) Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court by order dated 06.07.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.10130 of 2020 "that the petitioners shall stay at ariyalur and report before the ariyalur town police station daily at 10.30 a.m., it is made clear that the petitioners shall not enter the jurisdict limit of the respondent police until further order"

ORDER

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners by this Court by order dated 06.07.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.10130 of 2020 "that the petitioners shall stay at Ariyalur and report before the Ariyalur town police station daily at 10.30 a.m.,

and it is made clear that the petitioners shall not enter the jurisdiction limit of the respondent police until further order" 2 The counsel for the petitioners would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.10130 of 2020 on 06.07.2020, the petitioners have been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed. 3 The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that petitioners have been complying with the the condition from 14.07.2020. 4 In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.10130 of 2020 on 06.07.2020 is modified. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police station, on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5 With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
