By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to survey and demarcate the petitioner's lands viz., S.No.20/4B2 to an extent of 12 cents, S.No.20/4B3 to an extent of 0.9 cents, S.No.20/4B4 to an extent of 44 cents, S.No.20/5A to an extent of acre 1.47 cents, S.No.20/5D1 to an extent of 0.77 cents and S.No.23/1B1 to an extent of acre 1.78 cents in 2/5
Vellalapuram Village, Eddapadi Taluk, by considering her representation dated 27.11.2023.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1, 2 and 4 and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the third respondent and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was acquired by the petitioner by way of a Settlement Deed dated 20.08.2018. It is the grievance of the petitioner that she has given representation on 27.11.2023 to survey her properties and demarcate its boundaries. However, the same has not been considered by the respondents. 5.
Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on the petitioner's representation for survey of the properties and demarcate its boundaries, giving notice to the neighbouring 3/5
land owners and any other interested persons, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
