ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing through video conferencing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has inadvertently filed this petition for condonation of delay, however, there was actually no delay in filing the appeal against the order of acquittal passed in C.C.No.681 of 2017 by the learned Fast Track Judicial Magistrate No.II, Coimbatore. Therefore, he sought permission to withdraw this petition.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, permission is granted and this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Crl.A.SR.No.21208 of 2020 is closed.
