ORDER

The petitioner filed this petition to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl. O.P. No.7170 of 2020 on 30.11.2020 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
