O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) While granting suspension of sentence and bail to the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2999 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.116 of 2019 on 18.03.2021, this Court had imposed certain conditions, one of which is that, the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties, of whom, one should be a blood relative, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Sessions Court, Magalir Neethi Mandran (Fast Track Mahila Court), Vellore. This modification petition has been filed by the petitioner on the ground that, his wife had died; both parents are not available; he has no siblings and therefore, he has not been able to produce a blood relative to stand as surety.
2. Accepting the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition with regard to one surety should be a blood relative, is relaxed. Paragraph 8(i) of the order dated 18.03.2021, is hereby modified as under : https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
"The petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two solvent sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Sessions Court, Magalir Neethi Mandran (Fast Track Mahila Court), Vellore." With the above modification, this petition is ordered. Other conditions shall remain the same.
