This petition has been filed to relax the condition para no.5(c) to report before the respondent Police everyday at 6.30 p.m. until further orders, imposed in Crl.O.P.No.31721 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024. Page No.1 of 4
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.5(c) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.31721 of 2024 dated 19.12.2024 is relaxed.
