(CR NO. 6 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition on the petitioner the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 A.M. for a period of one week and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 A.M until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 14133 of 2020 dated 10/09/2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.PALANIVEL, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 10.09.2021, this Court had relaxed the condition and directed that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every day at 10.30a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the said condition,

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions without fail.

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioner could be acceded to.

Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 10.09.2021 alone stands modified that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police fortnightly ie., on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
