These applications have been filed to condone the delay of 142 days in filing this application to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd defendant and to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd defendant in this suit.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondents have no serious objection in allowing these applications.
