(The case has been heard through video conference) Mr.R.Rajadurai, learned counsel for sole petitioner submits that factual errors have crept in qua captioned petition inadvertently. Saying so, learned counsel sought permission to withdraw the captioned Criminal Original Petition so as to enable him to file a fresh petition with correct facts. To be noted, there appears a mix-up between owner and driver of the vehicle, is his say.
