Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, in Crl.M.P.No.2782 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.25012 of 2021, dated 07.03.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner had been complying the condition regularly.
