Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the third respondent is hereby directed to conduct an enquiry on the representations made by the petitioner dated 03.11.2024 and 04.11.2024 , after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a

copy of this order.

4.With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
