C.M.P.No.7990 of 2026 has been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 3rd appellant, namely, Ramesh, in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
2. C.M.P.No.7988 of 2026 has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 5 to 8 as the legal representatives of the deceased 3rd appellant, Ramesh, and to implead them as respondents 5 to 8 in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
3. The learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any objection with regard to the impleadment or the status of the proposed legal representatives.
4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and upon hearing the learned counsel appearing on either side, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
