This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 27.07.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, petition enquiry has been conducted by the respondent Police, on the complaint dated 27.07.2015 given by the petitioner and that, the petitioner is not co-operating with the enquiry.

4. Hence, the petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry by submitting the relevant documents and the respondent Police is directed to expeditiously conduct enquiry in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari V.Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
