Prayer:- Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of Certiorari, to call for the records of the respondent in his proceeding in Na.Ka.No. 432/2022/A1 dated 26.04.2022 and quash the same.

O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned transfer order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 26.04.2022 in and 1/4

which the 2nd respondent had transferred the petitioner from TASMAC Shop No.1743 to Shop No.1868.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that after filing the above Writ Petition and obtaining an order of interim stay on 06.05.2022, the petitioner has been continuing his service in the same TASMAC shop, i.e., Shop No. 1743, till date, and that the impugned transfer order has not been given effect to.

3. In view of the above submissions, nothing survives for consideration in the above Writ Petition. Therefore, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
