When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.08.2020, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the Registry was directed to list the case on 28.01.2021. Thereafter, the matter came up for hearing on today (i.e on 29.01.2021. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner, which shows that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the case. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
