ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.8190 of 2020 dated 09.07.2020, to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30.a.m until further orders.

2. The counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly.

In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.8190 of 2020 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 09.07.2020, is modified. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, after lifting of the lockdown or the commencement of the Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal original petition is ordered.
