The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 166 days in preferring the Criminal Revision against the order in M.C.No.49 of 2023 Na.Ka.No.2600/2023/AA vide an order dated 31.07.2023.

2. Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Revision Case, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
