ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 4th Respondent to disburse the service benefits, including the pensionary benefits for the service rendered to the 4th Respondent Society.
2. According to the Petitioner, the Petitioner was employed as a day/night watchman under the 4th Respondent Society on 2.1.1981 and he retired on 30.12.1998. Contending https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
that no settlement was made to him, this Writ Petition has been filed.
3. This court heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.
4. In the counter filed by the 4th Respondent, it has been clearly stated that the Petitioner himself has received all his retirement benefits in five instalments from 1998 to 2011 and thereafter, in the year 2008 also, the Petitioner has received the remaining dues. However, suppressing all these facts, now he has come forward with the present Writ Petition under the guise of directing the Respondents to consider the representation and pass orders and it has to be deprecated. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
Consequently, the connected MP is closed.
