This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.713 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent under Section 303(1) of the

Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita,(BNS), 2023 and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation), Act, 1957, as against the petitioners.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent police had completed the investigation in Crime No.713 of 2024 and a final report was also filed on 26.03.2025 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathyamangalam.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
