O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.05.2022 and inform the amount payable to her husband.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. In regard to the benefits settled to the petitioner, who was worked as a Clerk in Pachiappa's School, the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent submitted that the School has been closed way back in the year 2012. Hence, no records are available with regard to the petitioner.

4. The counter affidavit is also filed by the 1 st respondent. The learned counsel for the 3rd respondent School has submitted a letter Rc.No.A4/2321/2023 dated 30.06.2023, in which, it is stated that the deceased employee has two wives, 2/5

he was terminated as early as on 31.05.1983 and thereafter, he was removed from service w.e.f.1984. Hence, the petitioner is not entitled for any benefits.
