(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan, J.) This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 467 days in filing the petition to restore CMA No.2143 of 2018 which had been dismissed for non prosecution.

2.It had been stated that in the cause list the name of the counsel was wrongly printed as Mr.B.Sunarapandiyan instead of Mr.B.Sundarapandiyan and hence, the counsel was not able to appear before the Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the respondent.
