(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.S.Sridharan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Raveekumar, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) for respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.M.Govindaraju, learned counsel for respondent 5.

2. It is submitted that the prayer made in the present writ petition does not survives now, as the first respondent has already freezed the survey number and no documents are being registered in respect of the said survey number.

3. In the light of that, the writ petition stands disposed of. There

will be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.Nos.12711 & 16119 of 2020 are closed.
