This revision is filed against the dismissal of the discharge application filed by the accused No.1 to 3, who are the petitioners in this case.

2.The first petitioner is the husband and the second petitioner is the mother-in-law and the third petitioner is the sister-in-law of the deceased/Vennila.

morning, thereafter, it was passed over. However, again when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. In such circumstances, the case was taken up for disposal.

4.Heard Mr.S.Vinoth Kumar, learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent and perused the material records of the case.

5.It is seen that the application for discharge has been dismissed by the Trial Court by taking into account the incriminating materials filed along with the final report and list of witnesses and their statements under Section 161 of Cr.P.C., which implicates all the petitioners. Therefore, when there are prima facie materials, to proceed against the petitioners under Section 498A and Section 306 of IPC, the Trial Court has rightly dismissed the discharge application and this revision is filed without any merits and as such, the Criminal Revision is dismissed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
