By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner claims that the properties bearing Plot No.34, comprised in Survey Nos.235/1 and 2, Patta No.1015, and also in Survey No.253/1A12, of Karanaipattu Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, admeasuring to an extent of 2,400 square feet, belongs to her husband by virtue of a registered sale deed bearing Document No.893/1988, dated 25.2.1988. The petitioner would state that out of the wedlock, two female child and one male child were born, and her husband was suffering due to mental disorder, and was missing in the year 2000, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

and in spite of best efforts, he could not be traced, and she came to know that the respondents acquired some lands for industrial purposes, which included the lands of her husband, and to pay compensation, the first respondent has issued a notice dated 2.12.2013, and she has also appeared with necessary documents and thereafter, nothing has been heard and therefore, she submitted a representation dated 22.4.2015, to the third respondent, and since she has not been favoured with any kind of response, came forward to file this writ petition.

3.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice on behalf of the respondents. 4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner, and without going into the merits of the same, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.4.2015, in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
