(The case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to extend the time to the petitioner for furnishing sureties and to comply with other conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5385 of 2020 dated 10.03.2020.

Heard both sides.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Lower Court as ordered by this Court, from lifting of lockdown or the commencement of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court's normal functioning whichever is earlier, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
