Crl.O.P.No.10564of 2022 G.CHANDRASEKHARAN. J, The petitioners, who apprehend arrest for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 323, 324 IPC in Cr.No.774 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were earlier granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.5759 of 2022 with certain conditions, but, sureties, as directed by this Court, could not be executed within the stipulated time and within the extended period.

3. Considering the conduct of the petitioners in not complying with the condition imposed by this Court, anticipatory bail petition for the second time cannot be entertained and the same is dismissed.
