Today, Mr.Krishna Srinivas, learned counsel submits that the applicant has paid a sum of Rs.1,00,000/.- to the respondents / plaintiffs by way of RTGS on 10.06.2021, which is also acknowledged by the learned counsel for the respondents / plaintiffs. Since, the costs has been paid, Application No.2092 of 2021 is allowed as prayed for and the written statement is taken on record.
