This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 270 days in filing the above revision petition against the order dated 05.02.2024 passed in Crl.A.No.241 of 2019 by the learned V Additional District Judge, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 270 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
