This Revision is filed against the order of granting interim maintenance in I.A.No.26 of 2017 in H.M.O.P.No.185 of 2014 dated 10.07.2017.
2. Mr.R.Narendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the main H.M.O.P.No.185 of 2014 itself was allowed and divorce was granted and hence, nothing survives for adjudication.
3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
