ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to register the gift deed dated 12.12.2023 and also to remove the entry of the release deed dated 07.12.2018 and sale agreement dated 10.12.2018 in the encumbrance certificate or necessary entries that the Release deed and Sale agreement are not valid.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that they will pass appropriate order and register the document, if the document is otherwise in order. Such statement is recorded.

4. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

6. Accordingly, the third respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on merits and register the gift deed, if it is otherwise in order within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

7. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
