Prayer in W.P.No.21194 of 2015: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents especially the 2nd respondent to consider process and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law on the application dated 29.6.2015 submitted by the petitioner for grant of No Objection Certificate for starting the petitioners proposed Institute in the name and style of RD Teacher Education Institute for conducting Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed.) Course from the academic year 2016-17. Prayer in W.P.No.21195 of 2015: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of mandamus,directing the respondents especially the 2nd respondent to consider process and pass orders on the application dated 29.6.
2015 submitted by the petitioner for grant of No Objection Certificate for starting the petitioners proposed Teacher Training Institute in the name and style of Sri Navaa Teacher Training Institute for conducting D.Ei.Ed. course from the academic year 2016-17 on merits and in accordance with law.

Special Government Pleader C O M M O N O R D E R By consent, both the writ petitions are taken up for final disposal and as the facts pleaded and the submissions made are one and the same, these writ petitions are disposed of by a common order.

The petitioner in W.P.No.21194 of 2015, states that it submitted an application dated 27.06.2015 in the prescribed format through online along with necessary documents to National Council for Technical Education - Southern Regional Committee (NCTE-SRC) requesting for recommendation to the proposed teacher training institution, which is started by the petitioner Trust in the name and style of "R.D. Teacher Education Institute" and has also submitted a hard copy of the application on 29.06.2015 to the 2nd respondent. It is the specific claim of the petitioner that it has created all necessary infrastructural and instructional facilities for running a Teacher Education Institution to impart quality education and training to the students, who are going to join the institution and prays for appropriate orders for consideration of the said application.

Similarly, the petitioner in W.P.No.21195 of 2015, has also submitted online application on 27.06.2015 to the National Council for Technical Education - Southern Regional Committee (NCTE-SRC) and the hard copy of the same to the 2nd respondent on 29.06.2015, requesting for recommendation to the proposed teacher training institution, which is started by the petitioner Trust in the name and style of "Sri Navaa Teacher Training Institute" and prays for similar relief.

Mr.R.Sureshkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the sole purpose and object of the petitioners' trust is to impart quality education to the students, who are going to join the institutions and therefore, appropriate directions may be given to the 2nd respondent to pass orders on an early date in respect of the application submitted by them within a stipulated time frame.
5. The Court, heard the submissions of Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
6. This Court, taking into consideration the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioners in these writ petitions, directs the 2nd respondent to consider the individual representations/applications of the petitioners', submitted on 29.06.2015, in accordance with law, and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioners.
7. The writ petitions are disposed of, accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
