ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report and dispose the case in Crime No.65 of 2020 on the file of K2 - Police Station, Ayanavaram, within a stipulated period.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that FIR in Crime No.65 of 2020 pending on the file of the respondent police was enquired and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 31.11.2020 and the Referred Charged Sheet notice, was served to the defacto complainant which was returned. Thereafter, closure report has been filed before the learned Vth Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore in MP. No.10135 of 2020.
