Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the 5th respondent and pass order to quash the SARFAESI Notice Ref.No.364/TOP/D/SARFAESI/2019, dated 17.06.2022 which is based on the District Collector's, Puducherry Notice Ref.134/DRDM/C3/ SARFAESI/2019/2299, dated 28.04.2022 of the schedule mentioned property because my M.A.No.72 of 2022 in S.A.No.444 of 2019 case already pending before the Hon'ble Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Chennai and the Higher Officials of the High Court of Madras, the District
Collector's team, Puducherry, the congress politician Th.Chandramohan and his team members have extremely harassed me and my family members with cruel tortures and pushing my brother Th.S.Ramesh to suicide attempt and the Honourable Court may be pleased to conduct enquiry for this serious issues for who have all involved in this serious allegations and then only the truth will come to the limelight.

ORDER
