ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 11.03.2021.
2.In pursuance to the order of this Court dated 08.06.2021, the petitioner appeared before the respondent Police and gave a letter that on the advice of his Advocate, he lodged a complaint and now, he intents to settle the dispute with Muralikrishna, who is having crusher near the field of the petitioner which causes damage to his crops.
3.Since the petitioner and the said Muralikrishan settled their issues before the respondent Police, no action need be taken on the complaint of the petitioner dated 11.03.2021 by the respondent.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
