ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent or any other independent Law Enforcement Agencies, to register an FIR on the petitioner's complaint dated 01.09.2024 and conduct an independent and fair investigation into the bank fraud case.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, the enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed by the CCB, Coimbatore.

3. Recording the above said submission, this Writ Petition stands closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to lodge a private complaint before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate, in the manner known to law, if so advised.
